A first class postgraduate in Humanities, and Industrial Psychology Asha Lal has done Research Project on Socio-Economic Development Co-operative Farming model through Operation Flood Project of National Dairy Development Board, Anand, Gujarat. Ms. Lal has served in various capacities in the food industry in companies like Filtron India and Falma Labs. A two decade long stint at M/S Anglo French Drugs & Industries Ltd.,Ms Lal enriched with a varied experience across departments and divisions in Sales, Marketing, Communications & Brand Management, Marketing Services, Human Resources, Employee Engagement, Performance Management ,Organisation Change & Development .Leadership role in managing multi-location sales force in India and cross-borders, Ms Lal spearheaded Organisation Change initiatives amidst hostility and union unrest prevailing across pharma industry. One of the very first organisations to bring about Sales Force Automation, Ms Lal lead from the front a pioneering initiative that demanded the toughest of effort, determination and commitment as it involved The Big Risk of a massive mind-set change across the Organisation hierarchies, geographies and divisions.In a predominantly male-dominated industry Ms Lal has been extra-ordinary with success in her initiatives. Ms Lal’s last role as Chief Operating Officer at Dignity Foundation brought her pharma experience to the fore as in that capacity she managed to garner major corporates to relate to and support the cause of Elder Care .
Ms Asha Lal is spearheading the Foundation’s revival and rejuvenation in the social responsibility donning the Jt. CEO hat at Nana Nani Foundation. Ms Lal’s association with Nana Nani Foundation advents the foundation’s foray into primary healthcare, skill development, Education, living excellence for elders,state of the art senior living residences and many more.Ambitious plans are on the anvil to roll out path breaking initiatives very soon.Nana Nani Foundation is vibrant with a promising “To Do” projects………


Project Manager

Ravindra B. Pal is a Commerce graduate from Mumbai. He joined The Singhania Group in 1993 in the Textiles Division.

In 1999, he was appointed as the Project Manager for ‘Nana Nani Foundation’ for Development and Maintenance of all the Nana Nani Parks, which have been independently handled by him under the guidance of the Managing Trustees.

In this long journey he was closely connected with the Sr. Citizens of the Nana Nani Park for all the complementary facilities offered to them including celebrating all Functions and arranging Medical Camps.

He was in constant touch with the Government Authorities like MCGM, Collector Office and BEST for Park Maintenance. Also he was in regular touch with the Sponsors’ and Vendor’s for the park including the Girgaum Chowpatty Beautification programme under Late Minister Pramod Navalkar.

He is deeply dedicated to work in respect of betterment of the Nana Nani Parks and to improve the life-style of Sr. Citizens through various facilities and opportunities offered by Nana Nani Foundation.


NNF Associate

Prachi is a sportsperson, an entrepreneur and an actress. She has been Captain of the Indian Netball Team in Commonwealth Games 2010 held in Delhi and in major Asian championships in 2010-11. Indian team won its first Silver Medal in South Asian Beach Games under her captaincy. She is also brand ambassador and mentor of Netball Development Trust-India and Indian Collegiate Athletic Program.

Prachi played Indo-Singapore series, 2010. She also served as the Captain of the team in 7th Youth Asian Championship, 2010 held in Delhi. She holds a distinction of being the Youngest Captain of the Indian Netball Team in Commonwealth Games 2010 in Delhi. Prachi has served as a Captain of the senior teams to represent India in 6th Nation Cup, Singapore, 2010 and in South Asian Beach Games, 2011. Prachi achieved Gold Medal in 54th National Games.

Prachi graduated in B. Com Hons from Delhi University and completed her MBA degree in Human Relationships and Marketing from Indraprastha University, New Delhi. She has worked on various projects with the Development Bank of Singapore, Deloitte, Accenture, Philips and as a consultant.

She has also worked with Accenture on a major skill development project named UDAAN.

After securing highest level of achievements Prachi made her acting debut as an actor in the famous TV series Diya Aur Baati Hum on Star Plus
